I was very happy with Digi , recently moved to Maxis due to pressure from my nieces for free stuff , now I’m regretting it , maxis reception and data like crap slow and their CS is super  annoying ..
going back to Digi soon

Sometimes it just disappeared for awhile. Close and reopen your app with get it back or try to pull down your app screen to refresh. This morning mine was gone for an hour or so. It’s back now.

Thanks to digi for the BOS. I just activated Next yesterday and today I got 500MB free.. so it is nothing about loyalty and they just give randomly I guessed

BUT, check the "90 days grace period" because it might differ from plan to plan. Chart is applicable to any and all prepaid plans for any telco.

Exactly. Celcom also gives 50 days if I’m not mistaken. Among all, Hotlink app lets users know when the no. will be terminated. So that’s a plus point despite shorter grace period. Digi requires users to call 016-2211800 to hear from the automated recorded voice, I don’t think USSD works. Celcom is the worst, no indication at all and users have to manually calculate.

DiGi also gives the termination date in their barring sms, though same as IVR announcement it's not explicitly stated as such. It just says "incoming calls until" and leaves the user to think about what that means.

U Mobile no longer shows even the expiry date in their app once you've passed it. It just shows Expired.
