Hi guys I recently just ported in to digi. I am using iPhone and now I constantly have this red dot on my voicemail tab and every time I reconnect back to digi network I will get a new voicemail notification. I have called to check there is no new voicemail and I have even deactivated the voicemail but the notification is still there. Anyone encountered this before and how to get rid of it?

Does anyone knows how many time can we reload the monthly plan booster?(refer snapshot below)

If I plan to use it until 100gb of internet quota does digi allows it to happen?I don't think digi will be very wise to let it happen. Need someone to clarify.

Anyone who get the Unlimited High Speed Internet add on
for RM15 on their BOS and try subscribing to this deal? Does it have FUP and restrictions on hotspot connectivity? I didn't subscribe to it as I probably didn't need this due to using Yes Prihatin SIM, multiple back up SIMs and also Unifi 100Mbps at home. This number is mainly for voice and some data connectivity.

today I buy RM10 SIM to MNP to hotlink
not longer later, suddenly I saw RM30 free credit appear in mydigi APP with 30 days validity 

so, should I take the RM30 and stop MNP out?    not yet receiving port out SMS
RM30-10 still earn RM20 

Until now I am still waiting for my super long life box of surprise...

Hi sifus, if I want to port in digi online, when they deliver the SIM card to me, isit true I need to show them IC ??

Problem is my SIM is registered under family member’s name, not under mine. May be difficult if need to show physical IC when they deliver to my doorstep (what if they deliver during working hrs and fam is not at home…)

anyone knows if unlimited social + 2gb for 30 days from BoS is eligible to receive loyalty bonus?

Just got offered RM30 for 365 validity in my BoS, just wondering would the 365 start on the day of purchase ( eg today ) or it stacks on to the current expiry period ( eg after 14th Aug )?

If buy this offer n buy another add-ons (Next 35 example) so we can get both validity 365 days and unlimited social n call (30 days)?
