I just ported over to Digi Postpaid, did the registration at Digi center paradigm mall. They charged me rm10 for the new SIM card, but isn't it it's supposed to be free? Or it's only free for prepaid registration.

The $10 is not even for reload, they're just outright selling the sim for $10 as it's a postpaid line. That's what puzzled me. And no receipt was issued. So it was $20 for 2 sim cards.

Guys, I noticed that the RM30 Super Long Life to extend validity to 365 days under Box of Surprise, is no longer available?
Or is it just me?

Hi guys, I have a silly question:

I recently acquired a new Digi prepaid sim card. The purpose is to only receive messages and OTP only. I don't use it to surf internet or call anymore. Just want to maintain it from being terminated at minimal cost. Secondly, i have long been using postpaid digi till i dont remember how prepaid function dy 

What i know from online search is that Digi Prepaid Live (my current plan) has grace period of 90 days. Looking at the photo below, it says "expiry 9 Nov 2021". That means my sim will be terminated on 7 Feb 2022.

So do I just reload it with RM5 (the smallest amount) by 7 Feb 2022 and that will restart the 90 days grace period? I.e. further extend it from Feb 2022 to May 2022. Is this how it works?  :confused:

You need to dial *338*1*1 one more time., then only will be successful subscribe daily 1GB.

First time dial *338*1*1 will always show balance info.

Does anyone encounter this with Digi's internet add-on: -

Let's say you bought an add-on and in MyDigi it shows the add-on still has "1 day 6 hours" validity at 6.00pm. But next day you check again (say at 1:00 am), the add-on already ended and even removed from your list of remaining balance in MyDigi. Should not it still have 24 hours?

Happened all the time (for every time I remembered to check to renew my 30-day add-ons).
