Half half. I contacted digi many times. They say they can't do anything if system auto deactivate. This is because digi don't recognise my huawei or poco as volte enabled devices. They say their IT tested and volte isn't working on my devices. But I said I've been using volte and vowifi. No volte means no vowifi. She say is it sure got icon. I even said "I put airplane mode and it works". She says weird will get It team check. Check so many mths, still check. Haha so every mth, I'll go contact Cs to reactivate it

Ipong can never find below 3k. Samsung only Note and S series upto standard. Rest all just pass down old parts or leftover parts randomly assembled as A series or M series phones.

Nope. Their IT team probably never tested those phones. Their list has not been updated with many latest phones, and they just simply say they are not supported, but we all clearly can use them.

If we buy phones clearly not supported then is fine. But those phones can support, just digi never test them thus system don't update. It's kinda disappointing that their ineffeciency in getting more devices tested, even after users reported able to use vowifi on non-listed phones.

Bigbonus RM28 plan has always active. Meaning even if u reload Rm15 and has 15 days only, your bb28 plan is 30 days. Thus your data, calls and sms will be active for 30 days. I'm using bigbonus 28. I usually topup more with Amex and then get digi bonus 10%. Then some months I topup rm15 only.

Ignore sms. Just subscribe to the plan in your BOS. I have this too. Digi ppl sleeping on the job.

Apa phone u had. My mom's redmi note 9 ada. My poco x3 Pro also ada. Only the older version don't have. Now all phones should come with carrier aggregation. Haven't found one without.

But happy your vowifi works. Very useful since can also receive sms in vowifi mode. Save a lot of battery.

Yes this but I cannot find TnC anywhere. Also doesn't say Always Active so probably need to reload RM30 for 30 days validity, then Rm8 to enjoy this benefit.

I asked them for TnC, they say don't have. Then I ask them to check got Always Active or not, they say dunno, call reload RM30 to ensure is 30 days. Quite sampah.

Yes RM10 is still the best. I just testing the Rm8 because if can get unlimited calls + 0.5gb data + 6gb loyalty, then still worth it for RM8. But now that you won't get your loyalty data for this package, better not subscribe.

RM10 is still the best coz you get 8gb data most important. I also don't frequently make calls, but if it's Rm8 with free calls + 6gb loyalty, why not. Let's see if digi gives loyalty data down the road.

I just went to check, apparently only applicable to these plans now.

PS: Checked with CS, should be able to get. What plan are you on now anyway. Maybe u can ask CS reason for it disappearing.

Yes unlimited calls to all network. As usual, exclusion applies for 1300 numbers. 1800 is pure toll free so can ignore.

Tested free calls by calling my colleagues who are on maxis and celcom. FOC. But of coz I dunno if got call limit. I vaguely remember the BigBonus 28 with unlimited calls have fair usage policy. Can't find TnC for the Rm8 plan so no idea.

Not sure. I applied it for 30 days, then during renewal, it's still there but I decided against renewing due to limited data. Subscribed to the RM10 2gb data + unlimited social after that. Then the offer disappeared after a few days.
