In particular, there are questions about:
- ability to torrent
- some confusion about dynamic IPs, and difficulty in setting up home security etc (not true, for the most part)
- some talk about Bogon filtering
- some initial dissatisfaction about signing up for the service, pertaining to confusion of service staff

Refer last year discussion, same offer. Got people complain it is throttled, even fully utilize, max can use 50GB only 

although digi 4G isn’t even fast, at least i don’t get buffering on youtube 1080p, if not i’ll be ranting madly
