Hello guys, since changed digi 2months ago. I have facing network drop since February at my housing area( Dutamas) Done speed test, ping can go up to 400ms. Speed test sometimes cannot load at all. The call quality also drop sometimes. But phone always shows 4g+ full bar.

I have lodged complaint to digi and they have replied the network has no problem and only will do reset on my profile. Anyone know what they meant reset my profile?

Anyone know what i can do to improve the network experience?

I only asked for Next 15. The replies were:

- if only Next 15 (one time purchase) - only 6GB base quota and hotspot-able;
- only for Next 15 (auto-renewal) will get 6GB (also hotspot-able), extra 1GB (hotspot-only) and unlimited social.

And it is confirmed call rate is increased to RM0.15/min - but this is still cheaper than other pay-per-use call rate of other telcos.

Wait for the TnCs to be updated and release of more Add-Ons.

Hello ! Any iPhone users here experiencing ongoing issues with Digi??

This whole week I’ve been having issues. Started after changing plans to the new rm200 unlimited plan.

When im connected to 4G, nothing feels like 4G. Everything is slow or doesn’t work.

Takes like 15 minutes for everything to come back to normal, and then it stops working again after a few minutes

I am able to Google stuff, but can’t access any websites from the Google search results

WhatsApp shows connecting, and after it connects only text messages go through, media takes years to send

Speedtest just fails to start or find isp

Apple Music gives constant errors, can’t find url or request timeout

YouTube works though lmao, and notifications do come in for WhatsApp and instagram but that’s about it
Need to constantly put in airplane mode and off to get back proper internet

It is so damn irritating. Feels like they are throttling. Same happens when I try and download an app from App Store. This also manages to slow or stop the internet.  Never happened before.

So sick of Digi right now wtf

I don’t use private relay or limit ip address tracking of any vpn

I am having the same issue now.
2 days ago when I was doing port-in at Digi Center, I overheard one customer complain about the voicecall and red dot issue...
Obviously Digi does not give any F to the customers haha.

Is DIGI data now controlled by Celcom Axiata?

Iirc from presscon, Celcom will be the one gaining management control.

okay, if voicemail, i don retrieve it then wont charge extra right? i did off my voicemail now because scare also lol. i am actually onl digi postpaid 90 and i am on roaming, so got like 60mins call. so still okay la. just scare got shock bill only if ppl keep voicemail me.

need to change sim card? or existing sim card will work?

anyone hv idea if digi will allow postpaid user below 60 plan to enjoy 5G?

actually why is that so? 5G only for 90 above. must pay more to enjoy faster speed…

Digi now shows free 5G booster for all postpaid plans on their website,no more limited to 90 and above plans.

Update:
Just spoke with the CS,its free till 30th April only.
Why should telcos charge us for 5G…it doesn’t make sense…

Until now not sure why digi cannot stick on 4G when running USSD, most of time will drop to G
But orange telco can stick 4G, trying switch device also same
If stick to 4G USSD very fast respond

Saw digi site show, 5G speed cap 100mbps
My 4G some place got over 150mbps, so why not cap
