You mean u need to remember to topup every month? My whole family, 4 lines, all on prepaid. I topup once a year to each number.

Hi, I have a postpaid family account with 3 lines. I set the internet quota sharing as i am holding principle line. I just find that i can't do the quota allocation anymore after i set zero to my principle line. Digi apps keep saying i have used up my quota even though there is still 30GB shareable internet data. How to reset the setting? Thanks.

I can't access the menu anymore. App block it saying i have no quota.

No one answer phone and livechat, sigh...
Will suffer for days and weeks to solve it.

I disable usb debugging but still not work weird ...?, android 9 - samsung. all other banking apps, ewallet apps working fine.

Ya thus rm20 per member for unlimited call 10gb is quite reasonable I think.
But rm60 only got 25gb not much to share also

Else bump to prepaid 35 for 30gb + unlimited call
4 pax rm140 but a lot more data to use.

But 1 question, what happen after 12 months? Will the 35GB continue?
I have a line on the old postpaid 38 with 10gb data and 1GB daily 1PM to 7 PM.

So the 70gb is 70gb x 12 months, not one time , right?

Got a call from DiGi telemarketer.. offered extra 30gb per month with 12 month contract.

im on postpaid 60 + 2 family lines.

she then claimed that if i cancel the contract, the penalty for early termination is only rm30 and it is not the usual (monthly fee x month remaining)

i dont believe, then open live chat on digi website... they said the same thing...

anyone else got same experience?

can anyone tell me any Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco models that support Digi's VoWifi?

for those who enable VoLTE for digi 4g, do you get the VoLTE logo at the notification bar?

i already enable the VoLTE in the settings menu, there is no logo for digi. the logo appear when i'm using unifi or yes.
