Ignore the app and wait for Google PlayStore/Apple AppStore/Who-R-We App Gallery update later....

Use DiGi website or USSD codes to do required activities...

Me's account is A-OK so far. Didn't do anything to the app though...

Yeah... issues will happen by "batches"... this is good to ensure only certain "batch" or group of subs will be affected while others enjoy normal service. When the 1st batch has been rectified, the update follows the next batch...

Not like P1 webe #BEBAS, they lump sum everyone to upgrade at one go, end up everyone cursing everyday...LOL...

It's the congestions syndrome... all those legacy 3G devices (AXIATA and DiGi) are now attacking the same cell towers slowing down other devices... VOLUME of devices is not well distributed between cell towers... we may need to be patient until end of March 2022 for "further" improvement between AXIATA-DiGi collab ...
