Calls made/received over overseas mobile network - international call rate (can be very expensive).
While on overseas, you can carry a Mifi router (using local SIM) everywhere and made calls using local rate. To be safe, you can switch on flight mode for your Malaysian SIM, if you don't intend to use data roaming, to avoid bill shocks.
