Previously I was using Cili Padi 35 (then downgraded to 28  ), then I figured: Why not go for BigBonus 35, for multipurpose usage- FB, YT, Roblox, browsing, etc.
I was attracted to the 1pm-7pm bonus hours    but it seems pretty much almost useless when Free 1GB is activated.

Thats where I also switched from Best to Live, to gain that 2.5GB weekly Video, though I know its not sufficient, but meant to cushion the YT usage, before it bites into the main data.
At the same time, I control the YT time usage for my kids - Not to save data, but as a form of discipline.

Maybe I should had stayed on Cili Padi from Dec till now, since schools gonna reopen on 20 Jan (provided dont have sudden MCO 2.0) . But I decided to try first BigBonus.

About the Unlimited,
I also wished I get Unlimited 3mbps through BOS (Box Of Surprise) but sadly, no luck. Only offer RM 1Gb for RM 1 or once, I got 2.5Gb for 2 days for RM 1.50.
I asked Digi CS about Next 35, and they said its not a permanent promo, so that puts me off.

So for now, if comes to unlimited, me and my wife , being me using Yoodo , and wife has Hotlink Unlimited (plus she sub to Hotspot add on) will help with any of the YT and/or Roblox usage.

You should stop removing the sim from your router as it may ruin the slot from wear and tear

- Being doing that since..maybe last year until now  , luckily I didnt break my handphone SIM tray, thats why I now start using spare 2G phone to do it.

Perhaps getting another sim is better for the time being while they are still giving the free daily 1gb

I had thoughts changing to either Yoodo non unlimited (for hotspot) or Hotlink Unlimited since they are a large data usage. Still considering.

If your house has strong Unifi 4g signal, this is the best choice as it only costs you sim and no monthly fee.  Otherwise, yoodo is good too, sim is free for snail mail or rm2 from 99speedmart, rm3 monthly for 50sms and you get to claim free data. Both choice lets you claim data by apps

FYI, I just ported in one of the secondary/backup number I had previously, into Unifi mobile. Signal is average, and speed at another location is rather weak even for a 4G.
As for Yoodo - I already have , for my personal line. 

Just asking, what device did your child use for yt and roblox? Pc or mobile? If mobile, you can use the sim lock to control your child internet time, at the same time not blocking your child from using the device for other purposes except for internet, call and SMS


Children uses mixture of handphone , and Android TV box for YT. Roblox - Handphone also use, wife once in a while plays Roblox on her laptop.
How I control their app usage time? - By using Google Family Link. Able to remotely monitor, and if they are naughty, this father here will remotely lock the phone
