Is there something wrong with Digi line these days? I just noticed it that the mobile connection always very low, 1 or 2 bars only compared to Yodoo. Every now and then, I have to reset the SIM to make it connect to the network again.

Just need confirmation before I walk to the nearest umobile service centre, how is Digi line experience for you for the past few months? Digi for me has been an absolute ass, with random no mobile internet even at full network connection.

Any idea why it is hard to port out from digi? Replied to the confirmation SMS yesterday within 2 hours, now I got SMS that my port out request failed because I did not reply to the SMS.

Literally got sms from digi saying they received my confirmation after i say yes to port out.

This has got to be intentional

Update: they say i need some credit left in my account, cannot be zero. Which is absolute bullshit because it will be burned because porting out.

So yeah, digi asks me to pay to literally leave their service.
