I just received SMS about free 1-day 1GB and 60 min local calls. Should I be worried, like auto payable renewal? hmm.gif

If it's auto-renewable (without my knowledge) and then chargeable, I don't want to be one of those who's to approach the CSO about "mysterious charges to the account".

I've not done anything to this line lately.

I remember Digi prepaid has eSIM too. I'd go directly to a Digi Center.

Back when I'd to change my SIM card (can't remember it's to get a 4G or nano one), a dealer shop told me they don't do for prepaid...

Rather then thinking there's something wrong with the SIM card, I'd think that you wouldn't have been able to even get a roaming network if the SIM card's spoiled. I'd then lean towards the line's restriction/s (depending on the type of plan perhaps?) or line settings.

But ya, if you thinking there's something wrong with the SIM card then get it replaced, and while you're there at Digi Center, perhaps get the CS to help check your line's settings and restrictions (if any) as well.

I don't think you can change to DiGi Prepaid New Best v1 because it's a very old plan. They'll tell you that it's not available anymore.

I just noticed another line with SMS to opt out by 24 August, and valid for 7 days which is yesterday so it's too late to see if it's activated. I can't remember the last credit balance too.

Will Digi automatically credit back to balance or do I have to send them a note?

Oh, all that hassle because of such a tactic! 😔

The line has been in the phone and turned on, just that it's a spare phone so I haven't been looking at it until this morning.

Right from my Digi New Best v1, Best has never had 90 days. It's only Live and if I'm not wrong, Live had an old name/plan which had 90 days as well...

To switch our Prepaid to eSIM, do we have to do it only at the main Digi Stores, or can we also do it at "Digi Store Express" outlets? Anyone succeeded in doing it at a Digi Store Express?

I'm thinking of switching 2 Prepaid lines for my iPads. smile.gif

iPads have only 1 physical SIM slot, and with eSIM, what I understand is that you can only use 1 at a time. Thus you've to choose whether you want to run the physical SIM's line, or the eSIM's line at any one time.
