QUOTE(brandonkl @ May 6 2024, 11:38 PM) This long life validity is to extend credit balance life or data as well? If the plan auto renews every month anyway then the long life validity is not needed I think.Say if I am on Edisi Kuning 25 with 40 GB monthly data for 30 days.. does it extend the data to 365 days? |

QUOTE(WhiteWing @ May 13 2024, 06:59 PM) I work in Digi store when I was young. Situation is like this , Digi provide countless of sim card to dealer for free but Digi store charge RM 10 from customer and the rm 10 is masuk the store pocket itself. Last time I work inside Digi store , I heard this and I say this can't be done sine suppliers say it's free but I work under Digi store , I got no choice to follow the company rules and charge the customers RM10 , after that I quit the store because I found dishonest dealing . Digi should post this FOC condition on their main page and provide an option for users to report the outlet. |

Shit la. Digi’s data roaming addons don’t cover Croatia. Had to buy a hello1010 esim instead for my 2 weeks here.

QUOTE(svchia78 @ Sep 5 2024, 04:42 PM) But why not just pump in RM100 and let it be for the next 4 months? That's the convenience of CD Prepaid right - "auto-renew". I just topup rm30 for each of my 3 digi prepaid numbers at the beginning of each month and let digi auto eat rm25 for the kuning plan, leaving rm5. Eventually, the rm5 excess will build up to rm25 and I get to skip reloading for a month. |

QUOTE(svchia78 @ Sep 5 2024, 06:48 PM) The hassle 😄 but your money, your say. no hassle at all. compared to my my hotlink sabah plan which is cheap (rm18 60gb) but must monitor and renew.CD Kuning Prepaid 25 is monthly active and it auto-renews every 30-days (if you have enough credit). How convenient. How i wish my telco H has such convenience. |

QUOTE(my44 @ Jan 2 2025, 07:13 PM) Since you are registered in Sabah then yes, shud be no issue. Even if you moved away. It’s rm18 because of the rm2 cashback that I get every month. The 5G/1000GB definitely only in Sabah. They detect which tower you connect to & use the quota based on that. Personally I liked the plan because 20 for 60GB is super cheap for me. |

QUOTE(Piers @ Feb 15 2025, 10:04 AM) for the past few weeks places i went mostly digi trumps over hotlink, that includes basement/upper level parking and malls… Yeah very much dependent on location. In Penang island I’ve noticed that digi reception is generally better than hotlink/maxis. But over to the mainland, it’s the opposite based on my experience.but area dependent tho 😁 I have a digi postpaid sim in my work phone, and a hotlink sim in my personal phone. Piers liked this post

On my phone, I see that the CelcomDigi app relies on FaceID for biometric authentication. Same like other apps eg TNG eWallet, ShopeePay, Starbucks, Petron, Setel.
Am curious to understand what the concern is. |
