I have some urgent question here.

1. Handphone shop are close and not label as service ? how does those elderly going to top up or fix their phone is spoil ?
2. Free 1GB daily data still work after 6pm ? Some elderly will take away food at 7pm but if 6pm cannot use data , how to scan my sejahtera ? This question may be ask before buy I forgot.
3. Does Digi have any Online pay per use data ? let say at 7pm really no free 1gb data , can use digi pay per use ? Some of elderly use old package of digi v1-4 with rm38 1 year.
What about those old package Digi 38 New, Digi Postpaid 58 and Digi Postpaid 80 ?

What if police come and check request your history or your vaccination date ? on roadblock ?
I though TS is digi representative.
Mysejarahtera sometimes require internet to access your info.Who knows some police suddenly ask you open the apps and check your info vaccination history ?

Anyone has issues with digi keep disabling your VOLTE? This is my third time requesting digi to reactivate the VOLTE. Seriously annoying.

I received a Free MyDigi Rewards Credit RM5.00, but when my BigBonus28 renew yesterday, it only utilised the RM3 bonus that I got from reload, but not the RM5.00, so how do I utilised this RM5.00?

Is Digi's system maintenance now? I can't see plan data usage balance. Or just happened only to me?

Because my digi prepaid and digi postpaid58 both can't see the plan data's usage, no matter in computer browser and phone browser,  usage section there is nothing(refer pic attachment).

while in MyDigi app all usage keep remain same(4.5MB/500MB since today morning) and no update no matter how many MB I used.

the new prepaid  plan does not have?

I already gave up the loyalty tier since MCO 2.0. Not much benefit like previous and the Digi reward getting lesser and not attractive anymore.

Actually Digi is getting congested on my side. Can really feel it.
