Depends on phone.
For Huawei, having "3G" or "4G" is just status that connected with DATA TURNED ON.
If I enable wifi, the 3G and 4G will disappear, but that does not mean I'm not using 3G or 4G.

You can see here that I'm still on 4G eventhough 2nd SIM didn't display at top.

Digi enables VoLTE to all and sundry, no exclusivity as long as hardware support.

Celcom only enable selectively. Look at my post in the Celcom thread in the last 3 days, conversation with CS. They say no VoLTE for cheap legacy plan regardless of device. Must upgrade from postpaid 38 to postpaid 80, it says.

Apa u get 4gb or 7gb. Mine is 7 so 5gb rollforward. I do not think the 4gb the one have weekday and weekend. Is 2gb rollforward + 2gb burn if unused.

1800 is toll free. No effect on unlimited calls. For 1300, I remember kena charge.

Is there any way to choose which quota my Digi prepaid plan sucks data from? I have my normal RM15 plan (2+1GB) and a box of surprise (2GB for 2 days) but 2 hours into buying the box of surprise, it's still only taking data from my monthly RM15 quota

I've restarted the phone etc. to no avail. This happened before when I bought an RM8 unlimited and it drained my monthly quota before going to the unlimited.

Any suggestions appreciated, otherwise I'm chucking this Digi prepaid SIM because of this quota system that's not working

hi, im new to digi prepaid live, ported form other postpaid telco, it has been ages since i used prepaid line

i just reloaded rm28 bigbonus for next 30 days validity, but i saw mydigi app main page shows my credit is RM29 and will expire in 24 July

what is the expiry means? after 24 jul my credit will be forfeited if i dont use it to purchase any plan? if i reload another rm30, will the expiry extend ?

do not reload earlier than necessary because the validity period is not cumulative.

I am using NEXT15 and i dont get 4G+. 4G only. i tried many location still same. I checked Digi Coverage Website most of Penang should have 4G+ already. My speed is like around 10mbps only
