hm.. anyone with Digi Ambassador tried logging into CelcomDigi app (android)? i just tried, twice - the system sent me the OTP sms but when i entered them, the system kept asking for the correct OTP. CelcomDIgi's WhatsApp customer service is literally non-existent, supposedly transferred to live agent but "no-one's home" since 10:22am

CelcomDIgi's WhatsApp customer service is literally non-existent, supposedly transferred to live agent but "no-one's home" since 10:22am just sharing findings that caused the above: apparently, CelcomDigi generated 2 OTPs for every 1 of request, and sent the first generated only. omg - what kinda system devs or biz project owner(s) are these.. at least they "fixed" it. i guess my combo of 2xambassador SIMs in 1 account caused it - a combo category devs / project owner didnt know existed.
