DONT believe their smelly bullkaka. More hoops and "prove to Digi that..".

I've encountered such kaka from Digi personal AND business a/c when i wanted to MNP out some numbers due to coverage issues at the areas the SIMs were used often - i was managing my ex-employer's business lines.

hm.. anyone with Digi Ambassador tried logging into CelcomDigi app (android)? i just tried, twice - the system sent me the OTP sms but when i entered them, the system kept asking for the correct OTP. CelcomDIgi's WhatsApp customer service is literally non-existent, supposedly transferred to live agent but "no-one's home" since 10:22am

just sharing findings that caused the above:
apparently, CelcomDigi generated 2 OTPs for every 1 of request, and sent the first generated only. omg - what kinda system devs or biz project owner(s) are these.. at least they "fixed" it. i guess my combo of 2xambassador SIMs in 1 account caused it - a combo category devs / project owner didnt know existed. Assume lar rather than didnt check codes and impact when they updated something XD
