what is your current prepaid version

lost rm30 in one go is not quite possible with some legacy plans

for example old best plan capped at either RM8 or RM3 within 1 day

edit: never mind, it seems like yours is cannot more than rm3. if you didnt join IDD club before please consider migrate to NEXT plan

More than 15 years, chances are you are stuck on old best prepaid or "I like" or Beyond prepaid (2000s era plan), if so wait for digi to automatically migrate your old plan into something suitable, or manually migrate yourself to latest Next plan

Okay, since you already disable the LTE connection to avoid payu, you might as well wait for digi to force migrate your beyond to Live plan first


If you still got problem persists, this is common problem with legacy prepaid (with payu) because of how smartphone with LTE network work (background data usage to phone home to google/manufacturers servers), you may complain to MCMC for that

no, it just how most of modern smartphone works when connected to 4g LTE network

you can stay at 2g network in phone settings, but you will not able to enjoy LTE related services

Maybe the bos disappeared for you since you unsubscribe from that for few days. It will reappear later

Also experienced such issue before when i want to unsubscribe to rm10 bos after expired (no enough credit to renew) and it only reappear after some days

n78 is current primary band we use, common on almost all 5g phones from china

but our 5g is unique that it's NSA with LTE B28 as anchor band

if you wish to forgo the truly unlimited (no hotspot limit) then go ahead to change to newer postpaid and fiber bundle. you cannot do FULL fiber rebate or phone plan together with OLD infinite plan

ps : it might be possible to bundle old 150 plan with fiber, but for this to be possible you might need to head into digi store and ask about it
