I think my prepaid plan is Beyond Prepaid and the feature that you posted in the picture is never enabled.

I have no plan to change to a newer prepaid plan as I using 2G.

My girl's Digi prepaid line, in the past 3 years able to subscribe to SLL (365days) for RM38 per year.  Suddenly she was not able to do so via the USSD code, anyone knows why ?

I wonder if it's only me to feel like my phone signal has gotten worse after the 'merge', like no signal most of the time...🥲

Already feel it few months before the merge. Even at my home line goes 2 bar to 1 bar only, unlike before can get almost full signal.
Initially I suspect it's my phone but after I try port 1 number to Hotlink, I can get good signal with it.

Just wondering what are the 5G band list that support in Malaysia?

Will there be any service/quality interference with using a China Rom handphone with local 5G?

And is every telco in Malaysia that offer 5G service using the same band list?

So as long as the china phone has n78 and NSA LTE B28, then the phone should work with most of the 5G service providers in Malaysia?

Firstly is this the cheapest plan yet for unlimited social? among all telco that is?

Secondly, is this a Plan or something like an Add On Subscription? I am on Digi Prepaid Best 2017, if I wish to subscribe do I changed plan or just need to subscribe via *128?

You will need to change your plan from Best to Next first.

My Raja Kombo 17 will auto renew on 30-1-23. I don't wish to use it temporary & got zero credit balance.

Later on 28-2-23, when I reload RM50 & the plan will auto-renew.

So my first day  plan(Raja Kombo 17 ) start is calculated from 28-2-23 or 30-1-23?

Your upgraded Raja Kombo 17 or Raja Kombo 30 Internet plan will be suspended temporarily if there is insufficient credit balance. The Internet plan will auto-renew as soon as there is sufficient credit amount after you have made a top-up.

Anyone having legacy plan migration to Prepaid NEXT ? The rollover data will be forfeited at the renewal of plan? Or Digi giving another data bucket for rollover data at renewal?

Subscribers’ current rollover data quota balance will be forfeited once their data plan has been upgraded to Raja Kombo/NEXT rate plan. Eligible subscribers will receive a one-time free data quota up to 100GB, valid for 6 months depending on their current data plan. The free data quota will be granted to subscribers the next day after successfully upgrading to their new data plan. Subscribers will be notified via SMS when it is completed.

I just changed to NEXT RM15 for 6GB accidentally a few months ago. regretted a lot for first month, but next month suddenly pop up a Box of Surprise of RM10 for 5GB auto-renew unlimited social. with digi loyalty extra 6GB. NOICE. very worth.

Hi folks, can I ask for some advice?

I now am using Digi Infinite i150 (super old, grandfathered plan).

I am also using unifi 300 paying at rm150 (the old 30mbps boosted to 300mbps)

Im about to move to a new place, and that place may have digi/celcomfibre (just waiting for confirmation from condo, since initially only Unifi was there).

I'm thinking of switching to Digi fibre because I heard good things about it, and also it may save me up some money
What I'm curious is if I should also change my line to a newer one, and then probably take a phone in between, or just upgrade phone plan + fibre, or just subscribe to the fibre and take the rm20-50 rebate for 3 years?

Advise please.

Asked digi, since I'm using digi infinite activated before 2021, only can enjoy rebate of total 30/24 months instead the advertised 50/24 months
