There is a supply overload of old and new condo and apartments in our property market. So it might be difficult for you to sell unless you set the price below the market value.

Landed property > Condo/Apartment in terms of sell back value.

now your option left to 2: sell or hold. But this is the worst timing for selling so it depends. If really cannot tahan, just sell it even for big loss and take it as a lesson.

if your 1000 sqft unit is more than 500k then I have a bad news for you, most youngsters now looking for new unit with 0 downpayment for less than 400k, surprisingly there are quite many options now, unlike 5 years ago where property price peaked.

Wow...value dropped from 430k (2015) to +/- 310k (2020).

not just isolated case, quite a lot of properties completed in the last 5 years got such issue

developers still hv plenty of unsold units around and it is cheaper to get from developers, hard to get buyer unless your prop location is really good.

I have a friend who owns a banglo, till date cannot sell...
Market value 2.6m...a dato offer him only 1.6m.
reason the house is outdated design. He only want the land and location.
