15 cents/min call rate is the lowest rate being offered in the prepaid segment. Don't compare with postpaid segment.

But if you are not in Penang, maybe you can order from them then they will deliver to you every time they publish this...currently i am subscribe to this...they publish their utusan pengguna every 2 months...
Subscription for 1 year is RM9, 2 years RM18, 3 years RM27...

1st, u must stay in da hotlink zone (university) 2 enjoy da low rate.
2nd, it's oni valid in case call/sms to maxis/hotlink num, NOT to other operator.

aww~ maxis xD I given up on that stupid plan for so long. no really, their marketing strategy is quite tricky, so better watch out. now using digi (MTV powerpack) well, for rm5 for unlimited sms to fnf, aint bad. at least they dont cheat.

Is it to all network or just Maxis to Maxis only? If to all network, which is 15 cents per sms, also not that bad.
Digi is like trying to attract more customer, and Hotlink is like wanna kick all existing customer by fooling us.

Dis plan is quite abit limited lah... jz until 7pm only per day.... hw cum v can spent all the sms? Iz it wan us kip on sms 2 our family.... I jz feel is not worth for purchasing dis plan....

Those who send at least 30 message in that time period to maxis numbers (except for activ5) will not lose money. Actually more than 29 message you already save RM0.07 for each msg.

its applicable for maxis to maxis messages only.
