actually there is a marketing strategy.. so be smart next time lo.. everytime i c maxis/hotlink promotion, i do hv a look in their website 1st bcoz there is always T&C applied..

"valid from 1am-7pm daily" , i thought that period of time we can hv tat rate . What i don't know is that it expires after that period too ! Haiz...now I can only blame myself .

Anyone that get cheated and knows Chinese, can contact CAP. Consumer Association of Penang... http://www.cap.org.my/cn/complain/index.htmlThey are very efficient 1....more efficient than mcmc which belongs to goverment... you know la...belongs to goverment.....  They sure will sent Hotlink a letter and want them to explain....else....Hotlink's name will be famous actually i attempt to make a complain too but i am not cheated so can't launch it. "valid from 1am-7pm daily" this phrase can't show that it will be expired in 18hours time , the secret is inside the FAQ that I don't even think of reading about that that time . Report ? I don't think i would do that . Just want to let everyone knows it .

Important : FOR EVERY NEW STUFFS THAT MAXIS OFFERS , READ THE FAQ , DON'T JUST WATCH OUT THE TERMS AND CONDITION AS IT DOESN'T TELL YOU THE WHOLE STORY .

even campus plan.. i also feel that DiGi is better... actually report is good la, at least can prevent others from being cheated. because the CAP (Consumer Association Penang) might reveal this case in newspaper or their Utusan Pengguna...... |
