 Malaysia payment gateway.

Guy I need research on Malaysia payment gateway fees n charge.
My case:
Mid 4 digit transactions monthly base.
Low volume rm 8-10 each transactions.
I need provide subscription services.
Malaysia client.

I currently offer a software for my client with rm 120 annual fees, so thinking to break it down to monthly to increase subscription number.

that first contact is mostly to their Sales team.

technical support is handled by separate team. Sales team doesnt handle tech support anyway.


besides nego commercial terms with them, you should know the support SLA too.

eg

1) pre-sales support, e.g. technical enquiries before you commit with them

2) integration support, e.g. tech support during your integration and testing with their gateway.

3) post-sales support

4) finance-related support (e.g. settlement, dispute, enquiries, etc)

Today i have appointment with mol and ipay.

but some one ask me to understand that company via google knowledge or imagination experience.

you havent talked to any of them yet.

after talking to them today, then you'll know how to move forward with them (whoever you onboard later).


google info is limited unless the service provider is an international company (usually) which publicly share their resources/API for potential customers.

this is also another talking point with them.

Hello there! I'm now looking for manual bank transfer partners. I have a web site selling inventory from various games. I've noticed a lot of fraud with purchases, so I'm looking for a manual payment solution to be able to hold the transaction in case of suspected fraud. Friends advised me to look and ask on this forum.

try ipay88, eghl, razer merchant services (RMS)

you're getting fraud from end customers, eg fraud refunds, fraud charge back, etc

don't think got such service to withhold because you need payment acknowledgement before release goods.

2 suggestions

1) accept cards from visa and Mastercard. always enable 3D Secure. this is to ensure card/cardholder is genuine.

the above payment gateway providers slso have their fraud monitoring system to filter blacklisted cards.

also, you as a merchant must have good documentation for charge back dispute later.

2) accept cash such as via FPX. settlement is faster. at least you get money faster too.

if got dispute later, your thorough documentation will protect you.
