Guy I need research on Malaysia payment gateway fees n charge.
My case:
Mid 4 digit transactions monthly base.
Low volume rm 8-10 each transactions.
I need provide subscription services.
Malaysia client.

I currently offer a software for my client with rm 120 annual fees, so thinking to break it down to monthly to increase subscription number.

besides nego commercial terms with them, you should know the support SLA too.

eg

1) pre-sales support, e.g. technical enquiries before you commit with them

2) integration support, e.g. tech support during your integration and testing with their gateway.

3) post-sales support

4) finance-related support (e.g. settlement, dispute, enquiries, etc)

Today i have appointment with mol and ipay.

but some one ask me to understand that company via google knowledge or imagination experience.
