when you buy stuff online it's the sellers choice, not yours
some platform allows you to choose the courier but sometimes seller just ignore and use their preferred courier

Use the online chat feature, that's reliable.

Email - they take 2 to 3 weeks to respond

Phone needs luck. If you can get them, this will be the fastest option.

This is based on my experience in dealing with them as recent as last month during MCO

Because the shipping contract is between the sender (aka @ merchant) and courier company.

Deswai if shipment goes wrong, you cannot claim against courier but have to deal with merchant.

don't buy from those that don't allow you to choose
from what i understand shopee and lazada shipping is auto generated,
seller can't ignore your choice of courier, unless you are not buying from them

poslaju is a shit. parcel alrwady got adress why need to call 1st before want to make delivery? its not apartment or flat type house. sial betul. no answer call means no delivery. fail delivery means no second delivery. no second delivery means parcel sadai until kiamat. sop tolol.

KUALA LUMPUR (May 23): Sharifah Sofia Syed Mokhtar Shah, the 24-year old daughter of tycoon Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary, has joined the board of
Malakoff Corp Bhd.


She also holds directorships in

DRB-Hicom Bhd
and
Pos Malaysia Bhd (Pos Malaysia).



Syed Mokhtar is an indirect major shareholder of Malakoff, with a 37.7% stake through his shareholdings in MMC Corp Bhd.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia today shows Sharifah Sofia has been appointed as a non-independent and non-executive director of Malakoff.

She was previously the special officer to the group chief executive officer of Pos Malaysia Bhd, and she was also listed as an external consultant for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

In a separate filing, Malakoff announced the resignation of Japanese national Kohei Hirao as a non-independent and non-executive director, due to business reasons. He has been on the board of Malakoff since January 2016.

The 64-year old is currently a special senior advisor to the Albukhary group. Prior to that, he had been the advisor of Sumitomo Corporation.
