Who still calls 1-300 toll free numbers within Malaysia and pay per min when most lines now offer unlimited local number calls?

I called a few times, waited for an hour still nobody pickup during office hours.. somemore 1300 is not toll-free..

Someone here mentioned that 1300 very hard to get through and suggested to call the local poslaju direct line..
Well I did that and call picked up within 2 minutes by local CS. Local I mean the local branch near your place.

Nowadays don't bother wasting time and money calling that bodo number. If receiving, I just directly go poslaju pickup or get shit done since so damn near. If sending, just fill up that stupid e-feedback form + spam Twitter and hope they get back to you in due time.

You must file report ticket first via efeedback. Then key in the ticket number (which you will get from response email efeedback send to you). After key in the number there will be "Chat with live agent" box. Click it and wait for your turn to get assist.

So troublesome....
I send my things from singapore to johor bahru.
My own house.
Now stuck at sg

But also luckily work at sg and rented a room since 1 year ago....


It is a middle envelope.
I though just send like normal..
Eventually it need people to come out and sign a signature.....


Like parcel....
