Hi Sifus...

Any new developments in Cheras/Seri Kembangan/Serdang and associated areas for price less than 85oK +-? Please do suggest here and will take it from here........

Preference:
1- Chinese-dense or mixed
2- markets nearby
3- no concern on jams as mom will travel off-peak hours
4-not necessarily new, but not too old if its subsale (ideally less than 5-10 years is ok)
5-can reach brickfield within 25 km

Wise advice! Thks Aaron. But difficult to get subsaledirect from owner leh.....and subsale must dig out own pocket for all the xxx legal fees...sad.gif....the downside for subsale la...but im open to it
