Just receive Unifi agent call for the same and glad i searched this forum. My contract ends Nov 2020 and I decided not go through the hassle of termination. (although the new TV is quiet tempting). If TM really sincere, they will state in contract 100% assurance no downtime during transition and also pay the RM500 termination fee themselves. TM guys can call me back on the offer if they can assure these two terms.
