any1 experienced connection drop to certain server located in SG? access to other website outside of malaysia is fine, but when i'm playing black desert online SEA i get intermittent connection every few hours. Tried on Maxis mobile, no such thing happen.

Is this configurable on user end?

Northern area down due power outrage just now, currently on backup 10G lane as i was told. They are restoring the main lane at this moment.

It has been fixed, try checking from your side for those in northern area having speed issues.

anyone experiencing extremely slow download speed on Allo from SG server? I've noticed there are few IP range getting affected, even steam download also affected from my side. Switch to mobile maxis no problem.

Still having problems with the download speed especially on steam and epic. There are few other games affected as well from what I can see from my side.

For those facing problems with slow download speed from steam/epic/or any akamai server please help to check during peak hours. I've a help from a friend in allo technical side to tweak the routing for us user after he identified the bottleneck and so far from my side it has been fixed.
