QUOTE(Maxieos @ Nov 3 2020, 12:26 AM) Previously , we can still search for Uxxfx area at their official web using googlemap but not for now which require all the hassle going to tmpoint and livechat calling 100. Does Allo able to search with google map available area ? Now can still check just need to submit ur phone number to get TAC. U just pura pura pick one package and then check ur location. Cuz for some place only have tm infra so tm no port maxis, digi celcom all say got coverage but will tell u no port.

QUOTE(Cincai.La @ Feb 17 2022, 12:41 PM) Guys, should I ask Allo to change a new router for me? Previously the 1st router(TP-Link Archer C6)'s wan port is having some problem cause internet randomly disconnected. Last month they have change a new router for me which is(D-Link DVG-F2452) and the problem had been solve but it come with new problem. The router is having ping spike(no matter on Ethernet or Wi-Fi) after few hour when I turn it on. The ping is look good on cmd ping but when you playing game, you can feel that it suddenly having high ping which will display in the game. In order to solve it, you have to reboot the router which only work temporary. The second problem is recently it will randomly reboot the router. It had happen twice. After that, I have borrow a router(D-Link DIR-842 C2) from my uncle and it have no more problem on it. So should I continues to use my uncle router or ask Allo to replace a new one for me? few questions will router replacement be free and the router is considered whose property? If u try to save cost and allo will replace it for free. It is the way to go but the quality of replacement is not guaranteed. On the other hand, getting ur own router to suite ur own usage would be a better in long term usage.

QUOTE(Cincai.La @ Jul 29 2021, 12:52 AM) I don't think Allo will give u public IP. They only will give u if you are subscribed to a business account. But so far no problem on torrent, and because u under private ip so port forwarding is useless already. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(sHawTY @ Feb 22 2022, 07:49 PM) Request also won't be entertained? see earlier post. QUOTE(muhammadnajmi96 @ Feb 24 2023, 11:52 PM) The fault is on the routing or the fibre backbone itself? How about other telcos riding on allo? Okay or not? routing not backbone so telco riding infra is ok. just like maxis/celcom ride unifi infra, but international routing miles better.
