Me too. I've been using for 1 year already, no problem at all. Maybe those user downloading less seeding torrent?

Lmao, no problem at all. Using default DNS or manually set also can watch all you want.

I think both of us subscribe to 50mbps plan which is RM79/month but after the selfcare upgrade the plan is recognize as 50mbps@RM89/month.

Where did you get this info? I can't seems to find it in selfcare protal.

Mine also 50Mbps but at RM69/month. I believe that after contract expires, should be 50Mpbs @ RM79/month

Very very long time, when Allo comes to Ipoh. They give really good deal back then, slowly they remove 50Mbps from their website.

My opinion is that Allo speed is surely better than Unifi. But when comes to customer experience Unifi is better.

A bit too late.
If their service is better and price is cheaper than CBB might consider switch to Time.
In my area(Menglembu) I didn't see any pole from Time though, don't think that they will expand very large like Allo.

Yeah, the problem start around 8pm.

9pm I sent them email, 12am they email back said they have resolved the issue. Not going to call them, they don't even bother to pick up the phone.

Seems like it is their site problem.
