Some swear by it, that breakfast is the most important meal. Some thing is a marketing trick. Some are into all kind of diet routine where they skip breakfast.

I personally dont think is that important. I wake up rush to work, grab a coffee or a small bite. that will last me till lunch.

What do you think about breakfast? Whats your meal routine and why?!

reach opis 10-20 mins early.
while open PC, go bancuh kopi or tea. den grab stash of biscuit packs, den wait lunch onli.

ok wat. 1-2 packs of biscuits has similar amount of carbs as 2 slices of bread anyway

I eat breakfast almost everyday.

Usually I just have granola/muesli for breakfast in order for me to poop.

It doesn't really matter. Many people have breakfast so have energy to work.

Listen to your body and adjust accordingly.

I started taking plain yogurt and/or overnight oats for every morning with different nuts and dry fruits. Been doing this for almost 2 month except on weekend.
I realize i eat alot less for lunch and always full. I lost some weight also.

Without breakfast, I find it hard to focus at work. I usually have oats as breakfast during weekdays. Having that said, I still get hungry before lunch time despite I took 8 spoonful of oats.

before married, i normally do not take breakfast.

now after married, sometimes my wife prepares bread, sometimes i grab myself an sandwich at convenience store, sometimes i eat roti canai/ wan tan me in coffee shop.

but after taking routine breakfast, my stomach start to growl very fast if i take late breakfast. health wise, i dont see any issue if i dont take breakfast either. maybe there's a long term effect which i am not aware of.

Depends on mood. Some days bread (normal Gardenia + kaya) or some days noodles (like wan tan mee) or on occasions thosai / roti canai / nasi lemak. tongue.gif

Breakfast is important to kick start your day, but I have heard of someone who have skipped breakfast for 20+years and got gallbladder disease which leads to removing it. I guess its to do with interrupting your body's normal metabolism

i think it is the most important meal of the day. It is basically the fuel to kick start my day. I skipped dinner at times but never breakfast.
