to me bitrate and resolution is important for video......FPS? nah....as long as it is 15-25 is okay already......bitrate determines the quality whether it is pixelized or not while for the resolution must at least QVGA or VGA.....
i don understand those modder mod till 35.....but the resolution is 174x144 even DVD quality or video is only 30FPS lol |
