6 units per floor but 2 of those have their own private lifts. If exclude those, only 4 units sharing the rest of the lifts.

This is Taman Tunku flat in Kenny Hills owned by SPB. Pretty low density but not entirely residential.

Hey All Sifusss
Does anyone know is there any SUPER LOW DENSITY Highrise Project like 2-4 units per floor in the market still?
The lowest I saw so far are seresta damansara only 6units per floor

are you looking at low density per floor or low density project?
there is a clear difference between this 2 criteria.

if per floor is what you meant, there are projects where there's only 1 unit per floor. and there are also projects with private lift lobbies thus giving you the illusion of only your unit on that floor but it may not be so.

and then there's low density project which is govern by the total number of units within the development.

example:
tropicana grande comprised of only 2 units per floor. low density per floor

adenland's cora plus in dj comprised of only 46 units in totality. low density development.
http://adenland.com.my/upload/project/2d42...b0817d4059b.pdf

but again density of development is defined as population over area. while total number of units may not reflect the true density.

This is a nice place. Low density. Lived there for 2 years. During that time, there was the Hock Choon Supermart, a bank ... Southern Bank then if not mistaken and a cafe. Most residents are expart then.
