That area quite far if u work in KL... If u r working in Putrajaya or the southern Selangor should be OK..

For those saying leasehold can be renewed, it is not guaranteed yo. Even if you have money. The truth is buying leasehold bears a higher risk than freehold. Yes the government can force buy your freehold land to build mrt projects and must pay you for your land. But after 99 years the government can take back your lease hold land without paying. That's the difference.

As far as I know one of the oldest leasehold properties are those in oldtown pj and few seksyen in shah Alam. The government offer owners to extend the lease some more...so far none that I know residential leasehold government take back.. Unless if u talk about Ampang Park land taken for mrt project..
