Why people only think about the leasehold 99 years does not matter because won't live such longer years. After 35 years, the house less than 75 years, people wont easily go and buy 75 years leasehold properties, bank will not so easily approve the house loan also.

Tbh, its not that difficult to renew lease la.. not every where got free hold land. Cheras for example, its super limited.
