Hello, not u live till 99 years old. The property u want to pass down to ur children.

Leasehold really no value one once less than 50 years left on the lease especially for landed.

Property value usually appreciate. Leasehold property depreciate in value. Dont believe? Go check all the landed leasehold property more than 40 years old.

The problem with leasehold is it depreciates and its harder to sell off.

Ur story doesnt add up. U go see dev and they show u hse at bad location? There is no reason for developer to sell u bad location house. Usually the nicer location houses command a higher price.

How can a banner be put up on the house if u are buying from dev? Surely it will be under construction.

And why the fark would developer be getting agents to sell if it is a hot selling property?

If its easy to sell, they will sell it themselves and pay their own staff 0.5% comm instead of pay agency 3% comm

And if u are buying from developer, u cannot markup the price!! No such thing! U only can get max 90% of developer selling price. The only thing u can get back in cash is if there is rebates from developer.

Your story is bullshit!

U buying from developer or u buying from agent subsale????

I am guessing what dev offer is you is developer left over unit.

What u saw from agents are subsale. Meaning got owner already and u buying from the 1st owner.

650k is cheap for what it is . Ppl buying lifestyle now. Thats why new development with integrated lifestyle ammenities sell so well.
