And why the fark would developer be getting agents to sell if it is a hot selling property?
If its easy to sell, they will sell it themselves and pay their own staff 0.5% comm instead of pay agency 3% comm
And if u are buying from developer, u cannot markup the price!! No such thing! U only can get max 90% of developer selling price. The only thing u can get back in cash is if there is rebates from developer.

The first time he give me the house infront of simpang tiga, and then bring me to another house witch is i dont like.
After a few months i drove a car, and i saw a banner with “to sell”, but from another location. And i was like wtf? I call thr number and he show me the house.
And then i saw another ad on Facebook, and i call the agent, and he ask me why I don’t ask him first cause he got better location.
This is the real story, if i lie i will just get cancer stage 4 and die
