Difference is Endo people has tendency to gain weight if they don't keep track. Ecto is the opposite. From watching youtube vids, could simply be due to the difference in Ghrelin and Leptin hormones between the 2. Don't quote me on this though.

As i grow older, i noticed the amount of intake has to be reduced although i still maintain or increase the workouts.
