Me.
No such thing as barely eat and gain weight though. It's Cals in Cals out. You eat above caloric maintenance, you gain weight. you eat less, you lose weight. I was close to 120kg at one point, got down to as low as 73kg all by simply tracking calories. Difference is Endo people has tendency to gain weight if they don't keep track. Ecto is the opposite. From watching youtube vids, could simply be due to the difference in Ghrelin and Leptin hormones between the 2. Don't quote me on this though. QUOTE(axtray @ Jun 15 2020, 04:36 PM) Me. I think the body metabolism also plays a role.No such thing as barely eat and gain weight though. It's Cals in Cals out. You eat above caloric maintenance, you gain weight. you eat less, you lose weight. I was close to 120kg at one point, got down to as low as 73kg all by simply tracking calories. From watching youtube vids, could simply be due to the difference in Ghrelin and Leptin hormones between the 2. Don't quote me on this though. As i grow older, i noticed the amount of intake has to be reduced although i still maintain or increase the workouts. |
