Neighbours house could be higher or lower. Sec 2/4 ... avoid A and B rows. Sec 2/3 ... except for the back rows facing lrt track, ...E, F, G & H Sec 2/2 ... ok Sec 2/1 ... ok Which is yours ? Land size ?
