imo, gat ink v2 is so-so, compared it to jwk recolored, like durock linear or fff; durock piano has full pom housing, hence it's like nk creams, having some levels of 'leathery' feel during key travel at stock.

proper switch lubing imo always brings benefits to sound and feel. however, if you liked ping from springs, and other noises in stock switches, it's fine and you don't need to do anything.
