Under RM200 isn't going to give you a bunch of choices since usually good quality keyboard are more than rm200, doesn't mean there aren't any good choice either

I'm not sure whether you have tried the switches before, if you haven't better for you to try them out first before you actually buy the keyboard
Since you are new to MK so most likely you will like the feeling of blue switches, but yeah those things can wait until you are getting more familiar to these things

Whats your requirement for the size? Want the num pad? Or if you have a small table than maybe need to go for 75%, 65% or even 60% keyboard

Usually if you no deal with numbers all the time num pad isn't necessary, TKL version (the keyboard wont have the numpad) will be good enough

Under RM200 i suggest something from Royal Kludge and Tecware Phantom

Armageddon and red dragon also pretty decent but they look really "gaming", if you are ok with the design then go for it, some of the keyboards by these companies are also below RM200

If possible la, I still suggest you to actually try the switch out yourselves if you have never went to computer shop and type on those keyboards before to make sure which switch you will like
