Been using this RM90 (bought during taobao sales) Royal Kludge RK987 for abit more than a week now... It's surprisingly very good. Metal switch mounting plate and all the stabilizers came lubed out of the box.
so wondering if if anyone heard of this one -> https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a21wu....id=606987773773 Their cheaper model that im using comes with fake cherry mx switches which are re-cased kailhs but they also come with actual cherry MXs. The only downside is the bluetooth seems to be a little weak. So im using the USB-C wired mode and not been able to test if there's any bluetooth input lag while gaming. |

QUOTE(StuartLee2015 @ Jul 26 2020, 04:22 AM) one more thing i'd like to confirm with soldering, How much temperature should i set the soldering iron at for soldering the switches with a 60/40 solder wire? generally on PCB i set to 300C but i have never done on keyboards before. However, i'll assume they're the same. You dont want temps to be too high but also dont want it taking too long to melt the solder. |
