Anyone know why the tecware q5 gaming headset are sold out everywhere? interested in getting one but no luck finding any

Many of their products are out of stock due to the Covid19, I've been trying to get the Spectre Pro keyboard as a gift but to no avail.

Managed to buy one during MCO but that was early phase of MCO.. i think early April.. now Shopee all totally no stock?
