F&G also refers to existing neighbourhoods which decided to fence up their area for security purposes. Not sure how this is dealt during its inception and implementation as there are bound to be house owners who will not accept and pay extra for it.

Unless the one option they can go for is to fence up those houses that agree to this concept and avoid those houses which objects to it... hmm.gif
