I feel like I’m distancing myself with family and friends... I always wanna be alone all of the time, but when I am alone, I felt lonely to the point where I overthink and cry myself to sleep.. I tried seeing a psychiatrist, I did once but then I stop cause I think its not doing me any good ... I don’t know what else I could do any advice ?

Well, you can reflect and try to find the root cause. Is it caused by work stress or something?

I guess so .. but work stress cant go away unless I resign...

Well, although we can't completely eliminate work stress but it can be managed.

Try talking to an understanding friend about how you're feeling and try to slowly figure out what's causing it. At the very least being able to talk about it sometimes help.

Do you have any hobbies? I find that doing something you like on your free time helps a lot. Not gaming, maybe painting, playing music etc. Something that involves you creating and moving. Hope this helps!

You need recreational activities.
