It's Celcom's LTE Plus for 1GB MCO quota (8am - 6pm)... Only when connected to the LTE Plus... If HSDPA or LTE only might be little bit lower...

Fast.com is not using the free "high-speed" 1GB MCO quota. So, all fast.com results will be based on the Unlimited Passes' DL/UL speed; i.e. CUP35 @ 3Mbps, GX38 @ <1.5Mbps (non-Video-Onz speed), and HUP35 @ 3Mbps.

However, fast.com is not limited to any "restricted" speed. Below is the result for UniFi Fibre Broadband for 100Mbps plan (100DL/50UL):

As shown above, fast.com is "equal" to Ookla.

Overall, me prefer fast.com result as it shows the "general streaming" speed for mobile entertainment activity(ies).
