It's either Xpax Postpaid or Xpax Prepaid.

- RM35 for unlimited data with a capped speed of 3Mbps and unlimited calls
- RM45 for unlimited data with a capped speed of 6Mbps and unlimited calls

Xpax Lite Postpaid with M Pass
- RM38/month for 8GB full-speed data and unlimited calls
- Unlimited YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and WeChat

Xpax Lite Postpaid with L Pass
- RM58/month for 16GB full-speed data and unlimited calls
- Unlimited YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and WeChat

Upon successful port-in to Celcom Xpax starting from 9th May 2019 until 22nd December 2020 (“Promotion Period”), Mobile Number Portability (“MNP”) customers will receive 1GB high-speed Internet monthly for twelve (12) months starting from the activation date of the Service.

Anyone knows if "Change Pass/ Plan" process is similar to MNP where user have to activate & validate or is it just plug and play once you receive the SIM card?

If you don't mind the trouble, you can MNP to Digi or Maxis first. Then one month later you can MNP to Xpax Lite.

any celcom rep here? wanna ask about the cheaper plan that i can downgrade to (less than RM45 per month), while maintaining the same number. i'm using an old plan - celcom blue 2.0 with monthly bill RM45 (exclude tax).

what i want in the new plan:
- more data (i have 5GB per month, +5GB weekend right now).
- can tether internet
- get daily covid 1GB data (poor man's 30GB/month internet)
- more phone call (i have 60 minutes right now)

ya this is what celcom told us too , LOL , ask us plug to maxis or other telcom , after a month subscript xpax Lite , but my wife say troublesome , at the end celcom fofer my wife rm50 per month with 10gb data

You do need to MNP to another mobile carrier first, then MNP back to either Xpax Prepaid or Xpax Lite Postpaid 30 days later.

To be honest, MNP to another mobile carrier nowadays is very easy. So this shouldn't deter anyone from porting out to another mobile carrier. Just walk-in to Digi or Maxis, say you want to port-in to their prepaid plan. You don't have to pay a single cent to port-in to a prepaid plan. Walk-out, then wait for SMS from Celcom to confirm your intention to leave Celcom. That's all.

is celom throttling xpax unlimited down at 8pm to 12am? my xpax unlimited other hours can get 6mbps, but during 8pm to 12am, i am only able to achieve 800kbps speed.
