Didn't realise there are actually 2 duduk topics running at the same time. One of the reasons why they can sell block B at a higher prices is also because block A "sold out" very fast so they look like they have a lot of demand.
But many don't know that actually you don't need any booking fees to book a unit so I'm pretty sure many block A units will be open again. Wanted to wait for a good unit number Level 8 number 8, but i didnt wanna risk it so settled with another unit on level 8. |

And the agents also can use it to further drive herd effects for others claiming that 5 units "sold" and tower A has "limited units". End up it's still developer win lar.. haha |
