Block A 25/7 view and Tropicana Aman Sales Gallery view.. But can see HTC.. If higher than 15 flr, should be OK.. Anyhow the Block A view is more valuable than Block B view, just personal opinion.

25/7 view basically mean it's HTC view.

Block B view definitely better, that's how the developer position the launch and pricing.

thanks and this is before rebate which means after rebates the difference will be within 15k.

What criteria make the type B unit different within 21.5k range? Type A all unit (except for 500+ sqf unit) range within 6k only. hmm.gif

Didn't realise there are actually 2 duduk topics running at the same time. One of the reasons why they can sell block B at a higher prices is also because block A "sold out" very fast so they look like they have a lot of demand.

But many don't know that actually you don't need any booking fees to book a unit so I'm pretty sure many block A units will be open again.

Wanted to wait for a good unit number Level 8 number 8, but i didnt wanna risk it so settled with another unit on level 8.

Yes, agents use the word "95% sold" which is wrong interpretation.

They shud barely announce after receiving certain amount of booking fees then only declare to public as "take up rate". Then once loan approved and snp signed that's considered sold.

The condition now is that you can even lock a unit via phone, by providing your IC and personal details. So one kiasu family can use 5 names to lock 5 units that deem better number/view and choose later.

And the agents also can use it to further drive herd effects for others claiming that 5 units "sold" and tower A has "limited units".

End up it's still developer win lar.. haha

Tbh the price doesnt go up that much as the floor goes higher. I booked 14th floor for 398k
