Unit below me is leaking water. The owner and management thinks that our unit is causing the leak due to bathroom waterproofing are done for. But hear this interesting findouts. Previously the unit below had complained water leakage issues and the management had come checked and still thinks it was the bathrooms. With the just recent rainless days, the unit below stopped complaining about leaking issues. Only then this week the unit started complaint again and it happens to be heavy daily downpour outside.

What can I do when management asks to re-do the tiles on other sites than bathrooms and can I say that even after waterproofing repair, this issue isn't coming from my unit?
