When you fill in job application form, are you 100% honest especially when it comes to questions that when you put NO, they have no way to confirm? Like medical questions?

Like the below

Have you suffered from any medical condition which has affected (or might in future affect) your work?

Have you ever been hospitalised, had any surgeries/procedures or consulted a specialist physician for any medical reason?

Have you suffered any ill health requiring certification or medication within the last 24 months? (come on... everybody has the typical cold before...)
